Let me introduce myself
My name's Nick, I've worked as a private sports physio for over a decade and I passionate about helping athletes and active people that have been sidelined by chronic pain.
The sad truth is that the number of people suffering with chronic pain is increasing every single year. Which proves one thing, 'our approach to fixing it is broken'.
I believe that this the direct result of how people in chronic pain are assessed, or not assessed. Details are skipped, assumptions are made and patients are treated by trial error.
